Education

Under our DRC Social Action Programme, which we carry out under the supervision of the DRC Authorities, we have contributed to the building of 7 primary schools in the exploration areas in Bas-Congo and training of the schoolteachers. 

We also have contractual commitments to the DRC Ministry of Hydrocarbons to pay for the professional training of their staff, which we have carried out since February 2006.

In Burundi, we have also made significant contributions to the Buntu Foundation’s “Construction of 120 schools” project in 2008.
